Managing Partner

In this position, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Processes overview: monitoring the development and production of our technologies
  • Strategic planning : setting strategies for long-term goals and procedures to implement the decisions taken
  • Partner relations: maintaining positive partner relationships and driving new acquisitions.
  • Sales: analysis of the market and potential customers, helping to shape a sales strategy, setting up sales follow-up tools, follow-up on leads already acquired, acquisition of new leads, development of the customer database and customer follow-up
  • Financial management: responsibility for financial affairs of the partnership, including accounting functions, budget, billing, and financial statements and reports
  • Communication: communications within the business with stakeholders and other partnerships, and outside the business, including the press
  • Employee management: recruiting new members, determining salaries, mentoring and evaluating.

The desired assets for this position are:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a business administration role or.a related field (experience in the innovation, technology, gaming and/or entrepreneurship support sector is considered a plus)

  • Dev/electronic/data skills
  • Command of CRM sales tools
  • Leadership skills
  • Extensive managerial experience
  • Executive decision-making skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset
  • Excellent command of office and collaborative tools (MS 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Notion, ...)
  • Bilingual: French, English (other languages are a plus)
  • Spirit of initiative / autonomy / versatility
  • Organization, precision and rigour
  • Ability to prioritise requests from different sources
  • Ability to synthesise and analyse
  • Good presentation
  • Good interpersonal skills
